Maniacs love kill and mutilate

Do these maniacs have a heart in their chests?

A Muslim missionary who tipped off authorities about the activities and whereabouts of al-Qaida-linked militants on a southern Philippine island has been found dead and his body mutilated, a military official said Thursday.

Meanwhile, you mean to tell me that we are still no safer from these nuts after almost six years of this against them? According to this report, the deranged maniacs have

reestablished its central organization, training infrastructure and lines of global communication over the past two years, putting the United States in a “heightened threat environment” despite expanded worldwide counterterrorism efforts, according to a new intelligence estimate.

So, all of the past six years have pretty much been for nothing?

  1. Reminds me of Hinda!

  2. Typical response to a problem that we will live with for many years. Unfortuantely, this war against muslim jihadis will continue for decades if not centuries so I think it is a bit premature to say that no progress has been made when actually it has.

The war in Iraq is no longer military it is political. So, we have to resolve Iraq politically while trying to maintain safety of civilians and our military personnel.

The Bush administration has made plenty of mistakes but I think it is making progress in the region.

    Salam

  3. The Bush is making backward progress in the region. Support for American policy is down, America is more unpopular than ever. Thouands of these jihadis have gotten valuable experience and are now heading back home.

American credibility is at an all time low. America will find little or no international support for any furture mission, probably for decades in the future.

Bush policies have made the idea of democracy in the Middle East a shame, with his actions towards Hamas being the best example. He has solidified American support of tyrants like Mubarak, Abd’Allah (Jordan) and Abd’Allah (Saudi) and allowed them to us American tactics in the post 9/11 world to justify their own crackdowns on freedom of expression. The Middle East is LESS democratic and free now than it was in 2003, let alone less secure and safe.

The Bush policy is an absolute failure and he will go down in history as one of the worst presidents in American history.

  4. ABU: I’ll say AMEEN to that last sentence!

Has history ever seen a President who has so much going against him DURING his own presidency? Man, just think of all the “anti” t-shirts, bumper stickers, etc…

I think there is at least 5 volumes of “Bushisms” at B and N right now.

Yeah the man will go down in infamy, no doubt about that.

All the while and OBL is still on the loose……….how pathetic.
