This is simply appalling:
Black US AIDS rates rivals some African nations. Five percent of the population here in DC has AIDS (80% of the cases are black)
This is overwhelmingly behavior driven, but no one wants to say it

I have my problems with Obama’s platitudes, but there can be no denying that his election would send a great signal to the rest of the world as seen in his speech in Germany today. Today, he all but declared his candidacy for Ruler of Earth. Excerpt of speech is below
