Did Jesse Jackson Use the ‘N-Word’?

According to this story he did. That guy is done. But then again I thought he was done when “the Reverend” sired a child as a result of an adulterous affair.

Here is another story

  1. If Al Sharpton can still do his thing after being videotaped while doing a drug deal I don’t see why Jesse has anything to worry about over the N word.

  2. Nothing surprises me about Jesse anymore. I’ve lost respect for him many years ago. These days, he is just a wolf in sheeps clothing. This was way before the Obama incident. I’ve always thought that he wasn’t always what he seemed to be. I just think that he is a lot mouth. Here he is speaking against such issues( using the n-word) and is using it himself. I think that he’s jealous of Obama because he was able to accomplish the goals that he( Jesse) wanted to achieve.

Far as Bill O’Reilly? who does he think he’s fooling? He just want more ratings , downgrade civil rights leaders and the era. I may be disappointed with people like Jesse , but at the time, right wing fanatics like him should stay out of this.

  3. I wonder if this is Obama’s campaign doing a payback. And I wonder if I should feel sorry for Michael Richards.

  4. I AM GOING TO YEAR 10 IN 3RD SEPTEMBER. CAN YOU PLEASE PRAY FOR ME BECAUSE I WILL HAVE TO DO GCSE EXAMS.

  5. K Dude,
Hmmm..interesting thought, though I’m hoping otherwise. God knows, I don’t want to see McCain in the White house.

  6. Like him or not or the comments, publicizing private comments and sneakily using a hot mic to do it was underhanded.

  7. If it would have been any other person, especially a white person, who made those comments….Jesse would have been the first person to start a rally/march and call him/her a racist!!

I think this guy really is envious of Obama. Thats sad…

  8. As-Salaamu `Alaykum,

I agree that FOX News was wrong for putting out that info and that it was underhanded. But hey, that’s FOX!

Rev. Jackson has been talking with media for the past 40 years. He should have known better. It was as if he was trying to help Obama by making himself look stupid; giving Obama default separation from himself.

I cannot look into Rev. Jackson’s heart, so I cannot say that he’s envious or not. I will say, however, that as a youth, I admired Rev. Jackson actually winning some states in the Democratic primary. Prior to Obama, what African-American candidate had won states in the Democratic presidential primaries? He won five primaries and caucuses and came in 3rd place for the nomination within 16 years of the murder of MLK. In 1988, he won thirteen primaries.

Yes, he’s done a lot of dumb stuff and has been called a “poverty pimp”, but the man has done some positive things. Let’s give credite where it’s due.

Sometimes, we can be quite dogmatic as Muslims. Let the poor man fade away and pray that he’s guide to the straight path.

    Wassalaam

  9. None of this matters to the media. Jackson will continue to chase the camera as though he were a sagacious dignitary dispensing words of wisdom, and the media will still hang on his every word as though he were offering insightful and meaningful commentary. Some things never change.
