What a bit of irony. My friends car was not working so we end up taking the bus/train to school this morning. When I was about to take a seat, I noticed some xeroxed AJC article on Fasting Muslims.
Far as the Day of Action( I’m going to assume that the Day of Day of Dignity is the same. That is how they are calling it here.). Various Muslims from from different metro Atlanta Masjids are supposed to be feeding/helping the homeless and having health screenings set up for them. I was worried about the age of the article, but after looking at the post, maybe it was right on time.
Secondly, the person that left the article on the train, t person also claim that some Atlanta Ismali Muslims are supposed to organize a community walk on Oct 26th.
Muslim Day is supposed to be held on Oct 13th and 14 in Grant Park. They have a website http://www.muslimday.org
