This child lost 320 pounds

Looks like another person in that household could stand to lose a few pounds

I was skeptical that she was really 400 pounds (just hard to imagine on a child, heck even am adult) but seeing her walking now and the damamge done to her legs made me a believer.

Since she’s still having temper tantrums I wonder how sucessful she will remain. And why the completely emtpy fridge? Soo many extremes..tooo much food, now nothing..why not stock it w/fruit and veggies?

We all struggle and I hope she keeps the weight off!

My point about the mother is that she needs to lead by example. The girl was not buying the groceries. I am glad that she is doing better, but the mother apparently needs to follow the same plan - if not for anything else but her health

This has to be one of the saddest things I have ever seen. And you’re right, the Mom has to get off her fat butt and do something for herself or the child will go right back to where she started from. She will see the hypocrisy. You can’t make your kid eat carrots while you’re sitting there horkin’ down the Ho-Ho’s.
