Sounds good but can’t compressed air have blow up upon impact?
Of course you can’t use compressed air to compress the air. You’ll need a generator for that.
No way it will cost $0.00 to fuel. The energy required to compress the air has to come from somewhere. The air itself might be free, the energy required to compress it is not. I think in the long term, the whole world will have to turn to nuclear energy at some point.
