As I figured, the election of Obama would begin a new emphasis on excellence in education and business. Now we are beginning to see a few documentaries and shows that reflect it

I just read a little something about this in my local paper. I will definitely be checking this out. It’s still a shame though that only in Black History month the mainstream goes out of it’s way to show positive images of Black people, especially Black men.
Overclass, that’s a word with some interesting connotations…
This special was a huge disappointment. Instead of looking at movers and shakers on wall street, I-banking, tech, corporate america, and so forth. We were treated to the same old Sports athlete/Entertainer bits. Trust me there is nothing NEWBO about black sports people or entertainment people making big money.
It would have been refreshing and uplifting to see doctors, businessmen, technology gurus and other true entrepreneurs instead of the same old stereotypes…..come on man really!…Cash Money Millionaires?…what a disgrace!
